Set the Gmail IMAP prefix for better Mail.app usage

What bothered me about the new Gmail IMAP arrangement was having "[Google Mail]" separately in the folder tree, with "all mail" and "starred" from the other folders that correspond to the labels set up on Gmail.

In order to avoid this, first move all the folders you have into the [Google Mail] folder at the top of the sidebar. Then, in the account settings, change the IMAP prefix to read [Google Mail]. Now you should get all the folders at the same level. This affects the labels on the web interface, but I think it looks better in mail.app. By mapping folders using this hint, you get your Mail.app to become a brilliant interface for Gmail.

Of course, all folders that you now create in Mail.app are stored as labels with their name as [Google Mail]/Folder Name, but as I personally use the web interface a lot less than Mail.app, this bothers me very little.
