Avoid a missing CD issue when reinstalling Adobe CS3

When trying to uninstall or reinstall some Adobe CS 3 components, the uninstaller will ask for CD 2, with the name Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit2. The problem is that there is no such CD/DVD! That particular part has been installed by the updater, and even if you try to uninstall Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit2 first, you still get the same message.

The solution is to download the Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit first (scroll down to see its section on that page). Then mount the disk image when the installer asks for it, and you'll be set. This solution was found in this post on the Adobe forums.
