Import Outlook invitations from different time zones Apps
When you double-click Outlook invitation sent from a different time zone, the current version of iCal fails to identify your location and sets the calendar according to the time without respecting your time zone. You can get around this problem by first copying the meeting attachment and modifying the section labeled TZID. Then save the modified file and double-click it. It should now respect your time zone and set itself accordingly.

This doesn't seem to work for Microsoft Exchange invites. Do you know how to fix those? I wonder if this is fixed in Leopard. It effectively makes iCal useless for me - all invites appear in the wrong time zones in iCal.

Don't blame Apple for Microsoft not including any time zone information in the .ics files exported from Outlook.

I am basing my comment on Outlook 2003, and I have no idea if MS has mended its the export to iCalendar since.
