- Add the secondary artwork to a song in iTunes (through Get Info)
- Get Album Art for the song

The Now Playing image area in the lower left corner of iTunes' interface will display whatever artwork is contained in a song file, even if the album artwork is different. This can be useful if you happen to have a scan of the back of a CD, or some other second image you want associated with an album or a particular song:

That's probably a bug. Would be nice if iTunes automatically cycled through the available artwork.

I don't think this is a bug. I remember encountering this behavior (more than one album cover) in iTunes 5 when I was manually adding cover art.
It's a feature!
Actually I have no idea whether it's a feature or a bug but I prefer to hope it's a feature. Incidentally an iPod will always display the song-specific artwork if it exists, the album artwork otherwise. |
