Use Airfoil to stream a movie's synchronized audio Apps
If you've gotten yourself a fancy Airport Express (AE), you may be a little bit disappointed by the fact that you can only stream music from iTunes. Airfoil by Rogue Amoeba is a cool solution; you can use it to hijack any app's audio and stream it to your AE.

But there's a problem -- yes, you can stream an app's audio, but it's not synced. Most importantly, if you want to see a movie without messing with your external sound system's cables using your AE, you're gonna experience a 2.7 second delay. You can solve this by playing your movie on VLC, set an audio delay of -2700 ms by pressing the shortcut g (the audio delay can variate from -2700 to -2800, depending on the circumstances; -2750 works fine for me).

Note: When pressing the shortcut, don't increment the delay too quickly, as it may just stop working for a strange reason. Also make sure to select the 'Total Synchronization' option on the Airfoil's preferences
