A program to help prevent repetitive stress injuries Apps
I found this great free program called AntiRSI for those of you who need reminders to take breaks from work. It's a good way to reduce your chance of developing RSI (repititive strain injury). From the website:
AntiRSI is a program for Mac OS X that helps prevent RSI (repetitive strain injury) and other computer related stress. It does so by forcing you to take regular breaks, yet without getting in the way. It also detects natural breaks so it won't force too many breaks on you.
Enjoy and stay healthy!

I have a similar issue, but a simpler way to resolve it: change the desktop on a regular basis. I have a folder of pictures from Hubble, and APOD, and setup the desktop to change each monitor [2] every 30 minutes, whereupon I get off my butt and walk around.

Works great.
