It's an amazingly simple concept -- move the mouse over a window, press and hold a couple of definable keys, drag the mouse, and the window resizes. Do the same, but hold a couple of different keys, and the window moves. Press a third key (or optionally, no key) and you'll get a pop-up information window about the window currently under the mouse. Finally, for all you Unix converts out there, MondoMouse enables true focus follows mouse behavior, with a user-settable delay. (Check out Dan's writeup for some movies of MondoMouse in action if you're still uncertain as to exactly how it works.)
I've been testing this on my MacBook, and it's been working great. It seems completely natural, and when I move back to the G5, I'm surprised when I can't easily move or resize the window. No longer do you have to find the lower right corner, or guess which bit of which app's window might be movable. Just hold the proper modifier keys down, and move the mouse. Something like this really should be built right into the OS. Until it is, though, I think MondoMouse is going to get my money when the free trial expires.
