If you go to the Scripts icon in the main menu bar, and look in the 'Open Scripts Folder' entry, you'll now see an entry for the current application:
If you select this menu item for a program that doesn't have any application-specific scripts, the system will create a new folder for that app in the user's Library -> Scripts folder. Interesting.
