Open or close multiple folders in iTunes Apps
If you use folders to organize playlists in iTunes, and have several of them open at a time, there's a way to close them all without clicking each little triangle. Just Command-click on one of the triangles, and all of the folders will close.

This also works with folders that are within folders.

Also note that option-clicking on a triangle ("Disclosure button") will fully expand a folder and its subfolders.
The "option-click" trick is standard in the Finder (in list view) and probably other places. But the "command-click" is new to me, and does not work in the Finder.
