A shortcut to open multiple inspectors in iWork

If you use Keynote or Pages, you may already know that you can open multiple Inspector windows by choosing View: New Inspector as many times as necessary. But you can also do the same thing by simply holding down the Option key and clicking the pallette you want to appear separate from the other palettes.
