Undo Safari not remembering login details for a website Web Browsers
A little while ago I accidentally clicked 'Never for this Website' when Safari prompted me to remember a login username and password. Unfortunately, I did want to save the username and password for that site

The fix is easy -- open Keychain Access (in Utilities), then look in the login keychain and find the site you tried to visit. Somewhere in the list, you'll see an entry like this:
www.somesite.com (Passwords not saved)
Simply delete that item from the login keychain, restart Safari, and Safari will prompt you to save usernames and passwords when logging in to that site. The easiest way to find it in Keychain Access is to search for it using part of the website's URL as your search term.

You can also reset individual site's autofill settings in the Autofill tab of Safari's preferences. Just find the one you want and click "Remove".

The problem is there is no such thing as a login keychain.

Originally, apple named the login keychain the same as your short user name. They don't change it to match the current standard. If you haven't made more keychains, it's the one that's automatically opened. If you show the list of keychains, it will be bold.

you just have to go to Preferences:AutoFill and then Username and passwords and delete the entry for the website. It will ask you if you want to remember the password when you visit the website again

Unfortunately, neither method (Keychain or Autofill prefs) worked for me. I searched through every record in my keychain and in my Autofill preferences and cannot find a single entry that relates to the website I want to fix. Damn!

Some secure sites (mostly financial institutions) prevent Safari and Keychain Access from registering username and password. That's why they don't show up. I have a handful of those and I also have some with password not saved annotations that just get reset that way even if delete them as described above.

Some sites don't allow autofill. So if the above hints don't help you, you might not be able to. Wells Fargo won't let me, some email and many others are the same.

The excellent CamiTools for Camino allow you to "ignore 'autocomplete=off'".
So why not use another browser if that particular problem really annoys you?
Or maybe there is a "wallet.crypto.autocompleteoverride" or some such preference hidden in safari, too?

If you want an easy way to autocomplete logins on secure site that don't allow it you might check out:

It's also possible to enable autocomplete using a PithHelmet a machete script if you run PH and don't want to patch WebCore.
