Save all Mail attachments via easy drag and drop

I just noticed something new after years of Mail.app usage. We all know that you can drag attachments out of the mail window to your Desktop. And we all know there's a little Save button right beneath the email header. If you get an email with lots of attachments, you could select all of them and drag them to your Desktop, or you could use the Save button to save them all to where you wish.

But did you know that dragging the little paper clip icon, as seen at right, to the Desktop (or any other place) results in all attachments being saved to that location? I did not until today!
