Rename an iPod via iTunes

I think most people just name their iPods during the initial run of the iPod Setup Assistant, and then just leave the name alone. But what if you want to rename your iPod? I've checked the Apple manuals, and Apple doesn't appear to document how to do this, yet it's quite simple:

Attach your iPod to your computer and wait until its icon appears in iTunes' sidebar. Double click on the iPod's name (just like you were renaming a file in Finder). It will highlight and be editable. Change the name and hit Enter or click away from the name. iTunes will then run the iPod update routine. To check the update, select Settings -> About from the iPod's menu.]
