Resolve slowdown caused by Folder Action scripts

I am a regular user of the excellent FolderOrg script, but sometimes (when I download a very small file) something, somewhere crashes and FolderOrg stops working.

When that happens, the Finder contextual menu item takes around ten minutes to display (this is probably related to this hint). Quitting the Finder doesn't help. Logging out and back in fixes the problem but there is a better solution.

You must locate the process which has crashed and restart it. The name of that process is System Events. Launch Activity Monitor and force quit the System Events process. It will restart automatically and everything will work fine again.
