Update: Baby Erica joined our family last night at 10:19pm. We're all doing fine, other than that sleep thing (well, baby seems to have that reasonably well sorted), and I thank you all for the kind comments here! Posted below is the original note, left here mainly as a reminder that Kirk will be guiding the ship for the next couple of weeks.

Dear readers:
The family Griffiths will be expanding by one, sometime between today and tomorrow (another daughter will be joining Kylie). As such, it's highly unlikely there will be new hints posted here tomorrow.
However, unlike last time, I do have coverage planned for the site, so I'll be able to take some days off to spend with the new one without thinking "hints, must do the hints..." all the time!
Kirk McElhearn has kindly agreed to "guest edit" in my absence. Kirk is a long-time Macworld contributor, author of multiple Mac books, and a fairly regular hint contributor here on macosxhints, so he should fit right in. You'll start seeing his work on Monday morning, and he'll have the editor's chair for the next two weeks, give or take (which is the longest I will have ever gone, by far, without updating hints since I launched the site). So, welcome Kirk, and thanks for lending the helping hand. Be nice to him! :)
