I created a three-line Automator application to combine multiple messages into a single (new) email message. I can then print this message, which saves tons of paper.
First, you select the messages you want in Mail. They will be put into a new message in the order you see in your Mail window (top to bottom), so sort the messages accordingly first. Then double-click the Automator application, and voila, you will have a new Mail message. Sweet.
The Automator app is made up of these three steps:
- Mail: Get Selected Mail Items
- Mail: Combine Mail Messages
- Mail: New Mail Message
[robg adds: This works, and Automator/Mail automatically includes a row of divider text between each message. You could also use Butler or QuicKeys or similar to assign your application to a hotkey, so you could run it directly from Mail...]
