This Adobe Knowledgebase document describes how to run a "silent install" of Creative Suite 2.0. They say this about the procedure:
When you purchase a volume license for Adobe Creative Suite 2.0, Adobe provides an option that allows you to run a silent installation (that is, an installation with pre-selected options and no interface) on Windows or Mac OS X. In a silent installation, a custom installer runs the installers for each product in the suite by using command-line installation tools built into the operating system. To run a silent installation, you must create an XML file (or script) for the custom installer. The support page includes a sample XML file for use. This might is useful for some, but the only thing to be careful about is that the script doesn't warn if you running other Adobe Apps (the installer will fail). Other than that, everything else is well documented.
