I typically hadn't been using Butler as a web bookmark manager. The main reason was that I couldn't have Butler open groups of links in one tabbed window. Instead, Butler would open one browser window for each link in the group. I found that very annoying. Until now.
Go into your browser's preferences (this exists in Safari, Firefox, and Camino, at least) and choose the option to force outside applications to open new tabs in the active window. From then on, opening a group of links from Butler will first open a new window in your default browser, and then a tab for each of the links in the group.
Wonder of wonders. Butler is now my web bookmark manager.
