A simple fix for a GarageBand 3 (iLife '06) crash Apps
If GarageBand 3 crashes on you when creating either podcasts or Movie soundtracks, check what is in your Movies folder. I cleared mine out, and everything works fine now.

I have a feeling that some of the WMV or ASF files from my digital camera aren't compatible with QuickTime, so they cause GarageBand to crash. Easy fix. Now, if only Apple would do better error handling.

Note that if you're using Flip4Mac to be able to view Windows Media files in Quicktime, the crash could be caused by a (recently) outdated version of the Flip4Mac software. Version 2.0.1 fixes this problem.
