Launch Front Row when inserting a DVD Apps
The CD & DVD System Preferences panel has an option to run an AppleScript (I think this option is new). Anyhow, now that I have Front Wow and a Keyspan remote, I used this hint to assign a Keyspan button to launch Front Row.

However, since I had my preferences set to launch DVD player on DVD insert, I always found myself lauching Front Row before inserting a DVD (which defeats the use of the AppleScript with the remote). However, now that I found that new setting in the preferences, I set it to run the Launch Front Row AppleScript when I insert a DVD. Nothing fancy, but cool.

This is a simple but nice tip. I would still like to see some way of automatically switching the primary display back to the default on exit of frontrow as well as keeping the correct layout. Right now I can use the cscreen hack mentioned in the linked tip to change the default back but the layout is backwards.
