10.4: How to install the Zimbra collaboration suite UNIX
Tiger only hintIf you're interested in installing Zimbra, an open-source collaboration suite, I've written up a step-by-step guide in the Zimbra forums. You can read the installation guide in this thread, and I've also posted instructions on how to create a startup item for Zimbra.

[robg adds: I haven't tested this one, and you'll need to have Java 1.5 installed and working in order to get it to work. There's a couple pages of dialog in the forums about the various steps needed, permissions, etc. So if you're going to try this install, make sure you read everything first...]

Be careful - it wants to run on port 80, so if it's running on a server you'll need to work around it to run any other web services.

I'd recommend using launchd for this since StartupItems is deprecated on 10.4
