Find albums in iTunes by searching for a track

This trick saves time and effort when you want to listen to a whole album in iTunes, but you only know the name of a particular track on the album. Here's how to expand the track to the entire album (or artist, if you prefer). First, make sure the Browser is showing (Command-B), then:
- Use the Search box to search by the name of the track.
- Select the album name in the browser.
- Click the X in the search box.
And you now have all tracks in the desired album. You can also find all tracks by the artist by repeating the above instructions, but for step two, select the artist's name in the browser.
[robg adds: While this works, there's a somewhat simpler alternative that I usually use. Run the search, but then just Option-click the arrow that appears next to the album name in the list of matching songs. Option-click will take you to the album in your library, instead of taking you to the Music Store. If you do this a lot, then implement the permanent fix in this hint, and you won't even have to hold down the Option key -- that's what I've done, as I very seldom want to go to the Music Store for something I already own! Once the fix is in place, Option click takes you to the store, while a simple click jumps to the album in your library.]
