[robg adds: While this works, there's a somewhat simpler alternative that I usually use. Run the search, but then just Option-click the arrow that appears next to the album name in the list of matching songs. Option-click will take you to the album in your library, instead of taking you to the Music Store. If you do this a lot, then implement the permanent fix in this hint, and you won't even have to hold down the Option key -- that's what I've done, as I very seldom want to go to the Music Store for something I already own! - Use the Search box to search by the name of the track.
- Select the album name in the browser.
- Click the X in the search box.
