Use some hidden Safari and WebKit preferences Web Browsers
For anyone who's wanted to know what in Safari can be controlled (beyond that available in the Debug menu), I've documented WebKit and Safari preferences that could be of general interest.

Just FYI...it's not mentioned anywhere, but certain of those settings are WebKit-on-10.4.x/Safari 2.x-only settings.

Being one who really hates flashing web pages, I set the WebKitAllowAnimatedImagesPreferenceKey to false. It seemed to work until I restarted Safari (again) and it hasn't worked since (but is still in the .plist).

Any suggestions?
