Find partially-played bookmarkable tracks in iTunes

I hate that when an iPod reboots, it forgets which track was playing before the reboot. And I doubly hate that syncing an iPod sometimes causes it to reboot. I listen to a lot of recorded radio broadcasts and podcasts on my iPod, and many of these are in bookmarkable AAC format (this should also work for the new bookmarkable MP3s that iTunes 5 supports -- no promises though!). I hate to be half-way through five or six different hour-long tracks, as it's hard to find what I was listening to before quickly.
So I quickly hacked together this AppleScript. It sifts through every bookmarkable track in your iTunes library, and adds any track that has been started, but not finished, to a pre-existing "Partially Played" playlist. It ain't pretty, but with a few smart playlists around it and scheduled on my crontab, it means that I have a new playlist of things that I'm not done listening to when I grab my iPod every morning.
[robg adds: I haven't tested this one.]
