Salling Clicker is a great app that will let you control your Mac with using your Bluetooth phone or PDA device. Unfortunately, Salling Clicker doesn't support the Sony Ericsson (SE for short) K750i/W800 yet. I found out yesterday, though, that your SE phone can function as a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse, so you can use it to control your Mac. Using a phone as a mouse is okay for Keynote, but controlling iTunes with it is not that great. While browsing SE's developer site, I found a Bluetooth Remote Control app for OS X which lets you create HID profiles, so you can assign keyboard/mouse actions to your phone's keys. It doesn't officially support anything newer than K700/S700, but it works fine with a K750i as well.
I use Synergy for global iTunes control, so assigning the Synergy shortcuts to my phone's keys turns my phone into an iTunes remote. Any other hotkey app, such as Sizzlingkeys will work as well. You could use this for any other hotkey, or just for keyboard control within an application. It's obviously not as nice as Salling Clicker, but until Clicker supports newer phones, this works fine as wesl. It's also a nice free option if you don't need all Salling Clicker's features.
[robg adds: I believe this document explains the remote keyboard/mouse control mentioned above. I also dug around the Sony Ericsson developer site for a bit, and eventually found the Bluetooth Remote Control app for Mac OS X. Unfortunately, the only link I can post is a direct download link [2.9MB], as I couldn't find an actual page on the site for the program. I located the software by starting on their search page, and then searching for remote with Bluetooth selected in the Technologies box and Any in the Products box.]
