We all know that the iTunes Library section can be browsed by genre, artist, and album. Well, it turns out that the Podcast section, too, can be browsed -- but there's no a button to enable podcast browsing (the Browse button changes to Update in the Podcast section). To enable browse mode, go to Edit and select Show Browser, or just hit Command-B.
This might not initially be an interesting hint, but there are two neat effects of browsing podcasts, which, I think, make this very interesting. First is that if you select the "Podcast" genre (as opposed to "All (1 Genre)"), the browse listing shows only feeds with episodes -- instead of listing all of your feeds in one long list. To me this is extremely useful. Second is that, as with Library browsing, you can limit the podcast listing by artist or by album, which is useful if you have a lot of Podcasts...
