Be aware that to see shared music on your subnet in iTunes 5.0, you must choose 'Show Radio' in your preferences. Strange, but true. I tested this on all of the Macs in our office this morning. They can share to and from v4.7 to 4.9, but v5.0 users cannot see shares until they turn on the radio.
Update: This was an issue in iTunes 5.0, and it has been fixed in iTunes 5.0.1

I am also having an issue with Music Sharing whereby I see 2 copies of each available Shared Library. Only one of the 2 will actually connect though, the other attempts to connect for ages, and then gives up, informing me that my firewall might be to blame.

I have this exact same issue...I thought it was related to my doing WDS with a Linksys WRT54G using the Satori firmware...Are you using the same setup?
