Expand all podcast subscription entries in iTunes Apps
Here's something I stumbled on. Not a big hint, but maybe useful for some:

To Expand/Contract all Podcasts in your Podcast playlist: Command-Click the dropdown triangle next to a podcast.

[robg adds: This hint also stated that Option-clicking the dropdown triangle next to a podcast would retrieve the full episode list. In my testing, it didn't do anything like that; it worked just like clicking a triangle (i.e. the entry for the clicked-upon triangle expands).]

Option-clicking works for me...

Try deleting some podcast episodes, then close and reopen the disclosure triangle without the option key; they're still gone. Then option-click, and they return.

Option-Clicking the triangle appears to run an update (ie: searches for new feeds) on the podcast you're clicking. I guess it's like clicking the update button, but for individual podcasts only.

Try the new key combo for switching between Tabs in Safari CMD+SHIFT+] or CMD+SHIFT+[ to open and close all your podcast "folders".

Side-note -- CMD+] (or [) in the get info window of a song will switch between tabs there too. It seems that Apple is using common key-combos between all apps such as CMD+OPT+F for "find" in the Finder, iTunes, Safari, etc.
