Tiger only hintAfter upgrading to Tiger, I had a lot of trouble with .Mac syncing of calendar files. While it worked quite well on Panther, on Tiger my iCal tried to import the new data (it noticed that I reset the data on .Mac) and never stopped doing this. To be clear: It doesn't crash, it just imported the data infinitely.

The reason for this problem was an "&" in the name of the calendar! Unfortunately, the problem can't be resolved just by renaming the calender! It has to be exported as iCal, removed, and reimported as new calender. The following strategy helped to find the problem:

I hope this strategy helps to find further issues with this new syncing mechanism.
