10.4: Browse Knowledge Base documents in Help System 10.4
Tiger only hintI opened Help from the Addess Book. When the Help Viewer opened, I searched for "directories." It returned "6 help topics, 6 support articles." I double-clicked on one of the support articles, and it opened one of the Knowledge Base articles in the Help Viewer window.

I think it's great that they're integrating the Knowledge Base and local Help!

Whoops. My fault. Sometimes Geeklog seems to arbitrarily turn off the Anonymous flag. I usually catch them, but I missed it here.

Thanks; it's all better now.

And the internet access doesn't seem to slow down the Help function like it did under Panther. Good news.

(you'll probably will need a broadband connection for this)

There's a typo in the hint, so I'm adding the words "Address Book" here in hopes that it will cause this hint to turn up in a search for "Address Book" in the future.
