So simple,but here it is anyway. Now that the iTunes Music Store has videos and iTunes supports video playback, you can use a Smart Playlist to track them all:

I do have several other "quicktime" audio files, so I filtered it further by saying it had to be over 10 mb. This works very well, and I have never gotten to much or too little information in the playlist.
