I have all my Safari RSS feeds in a folder on my Bookmarks bar. If you hold the Command key when you click on the RSS folder, all the feeds open in one tab (this is contrary to a normal Command-click on a Bookmarks folder, which will open each URL in its own tab).
This keeps you from having to open individual bookmarks to see a site's RSS feeds -- this can save many clicks if you have a lot of feeds bookmarked. In addition, you can quickly scan for the new articles by setting their color preference in Safari's RSS preferences. Cool
