Use iPhoto Buddy to automount iPhoto library volumes Apps
This is a minor discovery regarding a venerable application, but I thought it was a great feature. I have used iPhoto Buddy for some time to organize multiple iPhoto libraries. Recently, I started to store libraries on a drive mounted on my Mini. Then, from my PowerBook, I would mount these drives via the network. Of course, this had to be done before I Option-launched iPhoto '05 to select alternate libraries.

iPhoto Buddy did away with all these intermediate steps. As long as I am connected to the host network, I can launch iPhoto Buddy and it will mount the network-attached volumes, and list the libraries that I have added to iPhoto Buddy.

Use iPhoto Buddy to automount iPhoto library volumes

I have tried this and tried iPhoto Library Manager and neither of them seem to work correctly for me. While they work with iPhoto 5, they don't work with iDVD or DVD Studio Pro.
