Quickly add unique titles to pictures in iPhoto 5 Apps
When editing titles (or any of the other Information fields) in iPhoto 5, you can move to the next photo in the album by using Command-] (right bracket) or the last photo by using Command-[ (left bracket). This appears to be a new feature in iPhoto 5. It's worth mentioning because it can dramatically speed up the process of giving all your photos names. Also, it's not an immediately obvious key command, and it's not shown in any of the menus. It is mentioned in iPhoto's Keyboard Shortcut help file under "Information Pane" (but mislabeled, no less!)

Somewhat more obviously, you can also batch rename a set of files by using Shift-Command-B (Photos: Batch Change...).

actually you can move between photos in edit mode using cmd-arrow or cmd-shift-arrow EVEN WHEN editing the title (ie safari-tab-style but not editing friendly style!)

cmd-arrow and cmd-shift-arrow should be reserved for going to the end of the dialog box/highlighting to the end of the dialog box, but alas iphoto doesnt follow this - at least they have fixed this in safari. i find in iphoto i need to use cmd-shift-downarrow (rather than left) to select to the end of the title
