When an Epson printer is shared on a network, it is frequently the case that Photoshop will no longer display the printer's ICC profiles. To fix this, you remove the profiles from the printer driver, and install them in the regular ColorSync profiles directory.

In the Finder, go to /Library/Printers/EPSON, control-click on your printer, and select Show Package Contents. Now go to Contents/Resources/ICC Profiles within that window.

Open a new Finder window and go to /Library/ColorSync/Profiles, and drag the contents from the ICC Profiles folder into the current Profiles folder. The ICC profiles for your printer are now always available to all users. You may need to restart Photoshop to make it update its profile list.
