Copying settings in iPhoto 5's Ken Burns effects Apps
The automatic Ken Burns effect in iPhoto 5 slideshows is great, but quite often it's start/end decisions don't really work well. The only way to guarantee a good result is to go manual settings for each slide.

The main problem with manual operation that is if you want a simple scan, say from left to right, it's difficult to set the zoom to exactly the same level at the start and end of the effect. The solution? Hold down the Option (Alt) key when switching from Start to End or vice versa. When you do, the zoom and position settings are then duplicated, allowing you to concentrate on the positioning of the image.

I've been looking, to no avail, for a way to copy photo exposure/contrast/balance/etc. settings from one picture to the next. I can't believe Apple didn't provide this functionality, since it is not unusual for a roll of photos to all share the same exposure flaws. Batch operations in iPhoto 5 only seem to affect text, such as keywords, comments, and the date.
