If you are like me and spend a great deal of time editing images in Photoshop, you have either spent a lot of time going to the Options strip, or using the left and right bracket keys, to increase and decrease the size of the Paint Brush/Eraser/Clone Stamp tools.
To speed things up considerably, download and install Alessandro Levi Montalcini's excellent program USB Overdrive, create a new set of mouse controls for Photoshop, and set Wheel Up to '[' (left bracket) and Wheel Down to ']' (right bracket). Now you can change your brush size using the scroll wheel. For those of you who use the scroll wheel to move up and down in an image, you can still use the Hand tool (spacebar) or Navigator to move around the image.
One small downside: you will lose the ability to use the scroll wheel to make the Zoom tool (magnifying glass) zoom in and out.
