Use smart playlists in iTunes for GarageBand imports Apps
GarageBand permits you to personalize song exportation to iTunes (in Preferences -> Export). Those settings are used when GarageBand exports to iTunes, so that you can find your songs easily. But GarageBand creates a standard playlist, so if you accidentally remove a song you created from this playlist, you have to go through your entire library to add it again, manually.

What you can do instead is first create a smart playlist in iTunes, with the same playlist name you'll use in GarageBand. Set the rules to add songs with (for example) artist is "your name." This playlist will add automaticaly songs you have created in GarageBand.

Now when exporting from GarageBand, it won't create another playlist, but the songs you export will automatically be added to the smart playlist you created. And with a smart playlist, you can't delete songs by mistake.
