The new .Mac aliases are easily viewed in the .Mac webmail client in a different color. But in OS X's Mail app, all messages appear as the same color. So here's a simple hint...
To have messages sent to the different aliases appear in their own colors, use the Preferences -> Rules section to set different colors for each of your different aliases -- use the "To:" "contains" settings, and then create a new color for each alias.
