If you've customized the toolbars in Cocoa applications such as Apple Mail, you're probably familiar with the separator item that you can place on the toolbar to divide it into categories. - Open a web page (any web page is fine).
- Choose Bookmarks -> Add Bookmark from the menu.
- In the name field, type a | (vertical bar/pipe character) and click Add.
- Choose Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks, view the Bookmarks Bar items, and edit the address of the bookmark you just added to read the following: javascript:0;
