A fix for an eccentric pointer with USB Overdrive Apps
When using USB Overdrive to accelerate the tortuously sluggish mouse speed of the OSX default, do you experience a quixotic pointer that seems to jump and jiggle about on its own from time to time?

The solution, by no means self-evident, appears to be simply that the "wheel" setting must be set to "no button". Wheel-scroll up & down will still work. Thus setting to rest months of irritation and fiddling around.

Wheel setting

The wheel setting is for the Clicked wheel Up/Dn. The middle button still works in the controls list.

I hope this is working!!

I'm tired of this occasional jiggling pointer.
And USB Overdrive is the only way to fully use my Mx500.

And even with "no button" selected I can still use the wheel button as option-click!

So, if this is working I thank you 1000000 times.

Can someone explain this? I've been using overdrive since os9 and have never seen this. I'm using a Mx700 with it right now.
