Access the iTunes Music Store with Privoxy active

I tried to buy some songs from the Apple Music Store for the first time. Because I have a dialup connection, I chose to use the shopping cart feature. Instead of testing it out with one or two songs, I loaded my cart up with 54 songs. When I went to 'Buy Now,' it appeared to hang on the first download, but I left it alone just in case. After dozens of minutes, it started cycling through one song after another until all 54 were off the list. But nothing I had purchased was in my library.

After much research and an email to Apple, I got the downloads to work by turning off Privoxy. No big deal, but I like to leave it on. After more web digging, I found a hint about listening to previews with Privoxy enabled. On a hunch, I applied that hint, and now I can download music with Privoxy still running!

Just add the -filter {demoronizer} action for URL pattern .apple.com/Music to your user.action file, and you'll be good to go!
