10.3: Use the Action button to see simple contextual menus

Don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but if you right- or control-click on a file or folder, you get what I call the "mother of all menus" with all default and third party menu options (such as StuffIt, Viou, and Toast, etc.). On the other hand, if use the Action menu button in the Finder toolbar, you get only the default options minus the Folder Actions options. This makes it easier to find the "stock" options if you've got a lot of third-party stuff installed.

Now if I could only get the color label section moved to the bottom of the list. It still confuses me when I'm trying to find anything in there.
