10.3: Use fast user switching for easy demo / presentations

I do something similar to the earlier hint about using Exposé with PowerPoint, but I use fast user switching and Keynote. I have one user that is "Presentation," and they have the presentation up. Another user that is "Demo," ready for demo use. You switch users, and do the demo, then switch back. If you're using the rotating cube for transitions in Keynote, the rotating cube in fast user switching feels so natural they hardly notice. It's even better if you turn off passwords for those two accounts.

This way is much more powerful, in that the desktop can be setup exactly how you like, and demo cleanly. And many demos should start or interact with the desktop or other apps.
