If you upgrade from 10.2 to 10.3, you may find that the Shift-Tab key combo for switching backwards between fields doesn't work properly -- this can be rectified by removing the .GlobalPreferences.plist file from both /Library -> Preferences and ~/Library -> Preferences.

YES! Thank you! This problem was ANNOYING me *SO* much (I did a clean install, by the way), so thank you very much for figuring out the problem! (By the way, Shift-Delete was also not working -- it's supposed to be the same as a normal delete.)
Relevant Part of File
Does anyone know which specific part of the file is causing the problem? I've looked through both of them (/Library/... and ~/Library/...), and there looks like a lot of settings in there that I don't want to clear...

This is driving me nuts, after deleting all .GlobalPreferences.plist's on my system(there were two saved as hostnames..), logging out and then back in... still no luck. Shift-tab not working is insanely annoying.
