10.3: Use Exposé to reduce Clutter's clutter Apps
For those that have Clutter cluttering up their desktop, provent this in Panther by having all the images layered on top of each other (see this hint).

Then when you want to find a particular CD image, use Exposé to see all the available images you have in Clutter. Simply click to return to Clutter, then double-click and there you are, playing your tunes, with a nice clean desktop again.

Great tip. Prior to this idea Clutter had struck me as cute but too much once you have a few thousand songs in your library.

10.3: Use Exposé to reduce Clutter's clutter

I stopped using clutter. not because my 7000 songs took up too much space on the desktop but because it took so damned long to display or remove all those tiny windows with their pointless drop-shadows. I'm using jaguar and a dual 500mhz G4 with a gig of ram. seems like it should do a better job. any way to disable drop-shadows in just one app?
