10.3: Set labeled item order with numerical prefixes

You can define how labeled items are ordered in your Finder windows by going to the Labels tab in Finder Preferences and assigning a number to the name boxes. For example, for the Red label, rename it with a "1" in the first character position (i.e. "1 Important Items"). Do this with all 7 labels, and then the next time you are in Icon view or List view the labeled items will be ordered according to their numbers. Here are two examples:
Icon View and List View
Without the numerical prefix, labeled items are ordered alphabetically.
