Organize iTunes AppleScripts with naming tricks Apps
I accidentally found out a way to organize iTunes AppleScripts. Simply adding a dash (or a minus sign) at the beginning of the script's name will place the script above other scripts -- even though the dashes won't show in iTunes AppleScripts menu. You can add more than one dash and you can create seperator by creating an empty script and naming them using dash(es). For example, here's my iTunes script folder, and the resulting menu display in iTunes.

Where did you get the "remove duplicates" applescript? I have tried to write on and failed misreably.

There are several remove duplicates scripts floating around. Remove Duplicates by Filename is part of my collection. Doug's AppleScripts for iTunes is the premier place to go for scripts for everything iTunes

Great Hint!!! I was using all sort of symbols to identify scripts and change their position. This is great!

But unfortunately the script only containing dashes is always shown on top. How to create a separator e.g. at 4th position?
