For example, if you want to get all Finder windows in front, just click with the mouse on the desktop and press F10 twice. Isn't that great? I love Exposé!

Here's just a small but very useful tip related to Exposé that I have found out! If you want to bring all windows of one app to the front, just press F10 (the Exposé Application Windows button) twice.

Or just click once on the Dock icon....

Or just hold command, hit tab, then shift-tab. This brings up the app switching window, selects the next app, then the current app.

How about just command-tab twice really quickly?
10.3: Quickly bring one app's windows to the foreground

Or go to the Window menu and select Bring All To Front
10.3: Quickly bring one app's windows to the foreground
I was happy to find that I could program a function key to do this by the programable Keyboard Shortcuts in the Keyboard & Mouse Preference Pane, which lets you program any menu item, for all applications, or a specific one.

Or how about just using the Keyboard & Mouse preference pane to define the F12 key for the "Bring All to Front" menu item (use the Keyboard Shortcuts tab)? Then it REALLY appears like it's part of Exposé, but it's really not. :) |
